Walk-ins are welcome when time allows, but we're usually fully booked — booking ahead is recommended.
You can book directly through our online booking link. Select your service, choose your barber, and pick a time that works for you.
Please arrive at your scheduled time or a few minutes early. We allow a 10-minute grace period for lateness — if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a missed appointment due to time constraints and back-to-back scheduling. If you're running late, please let us know as soon as possible.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. We also allow a 10-minute lateness window — arriving more than 10 minutes past your scheduled time will be treated as a missed appointment due to time constraints and other clients booked after you. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and cash.
If you get a fade or short clipper cut, book the Short Hair / Clipper Cut. If your hair is longer or you want layered or textured work, book the Scissor Haircut. If you want a detailed consultation with extra refinement, the Tailored Haircut is for you.
Yes. Central Oak is inclusive and we work with all hair types and textures.
We welcome kids ages 12 and up. Individual barber will have final say with age limits. We just ask that all clients are booked with an appointment.
Please do not DM barbers or the shop. We regularly check for messages submitted through our contact form — you can reach us using the Contact link in the navigation or footer. We do not have a phone — this allows us to focus 100% on the clients we are serving.
